School or nonprofit organization visit to Hypertherm Associates request form

We will work with you to plan a visit appropriate for your group. Our general guidelines are a visit of 1-2 hours depending upon what you are looking to achieve. We can accommodate groups of a maximum size of approximately 30 to 40 students at one time. We will try to accommodate larger groups if possible. We prefer one adult chaperone for every 10-12 students in your group.

We have dates monthly set aside for group visits and will try to match you up to one of our preferred dates. Please let us know your preferred month to visit.

Do you want us to include an additional hands-on activity? We have a few to choose from depending upon the size of your group, how long you are visiting, and focus of your visit. (30-45 additional minutes)

Is it ok for us to take photos of your group when they visit?  Do you have photo release?  Are these photos ok to use on social media?
