Our Corporate Improvement team members are responsible for leading, coaching and implementing process improvement projects across Hypertherm Associates – increasing our customer satisfaction, improving product quality, reducing costs, enhancing associate safety and growing our bottom line. Comprised mainly of Lean Six Sigma Black Belts, they lead Hypertherm’s core value of “continuous improvement and business excellence” by helping to facilitate discussions and bring out the best of associate ideas.

You might greet guests, or provide administrative assistance to teams across the organization in support of strategic and operational objectives.
